Elyse Sundita (she/her/they/them) is a creator, entreprenuer, activist, intuitive healer, crafter and connector. Elyse was called into the world of knitting in early 2017 and hasn’t looked back since.
My Story
During this mindful craft process, they have fully submerged themselves in the realm of radical self-love, educating through the diversity, equity and inclusion lens all the while being a multi-hyphenated being.
As a Filipina American, Elyse is merging the stories of her ancestors to help heal and guide those who want to answer the call of being connected, creating with their hands, and weaving our journey together.
Diwata (Dee-wah-tah) is derived from Cebuano (native-Phillipine Language) and sanskrit Davatā (god, deity) and has many meanings. In this case, Elyse has decided to invoke the goddess definition and is claiming back her power by sharing this word to the masses.
